We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items in original, unworn condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale.
Request Authorization
Contact our client services team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid insured shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original certification and paperwork.
Ship the Package
Affix the insured label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location. Ensure you obtain a receipt for your records.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
